1. Data Collection & Information Security
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, we collect and store only the data strictly necessary for your AI automation. This includes your Telegram Chat ID, billing information (UPI references only), and operational intent. We DO NOT record or scrape your external app data unless it is an explicit part of your active mission.
2. The Sovereign Vault Model
Your data is NOT part of a shared corporate pool. Each Supreme Commander is allocated a segregated, isolated memory space in our Neon/Postgres clusters located in India. We do not sell your conversational history to refine third-party models.
3. Third-Party API Key Privacy
If you use the 'Bring Your Own Key' (BYOK) memory feature, your API keys are encrypted with a 256-bit AES protocol and stored solely for the execution of your agent's tasks. They are never visible to our human staff.
4. No Marketing Policy
Rasputin will never send you unsolicited marketing SPAM through Telegram or Email. Our communication is strictly operational (bill reminders, mission success reports, or critical system updates).
5. Compliance & Rights
As an Indian entity, you have the right to request 'Data Oblivion.' If you delete your account, we trigger a hard-purge resulting in the immediate shredding of all identity-linked records within 72 hours.
